Question: I've noticed this in teenage boys.?
I went on a long trip with my youth group.. So I was in the middle of two boys who had fallin asleep.. They were both like, having spaz attacks as they were sleeping, like there arms jerling up and legs and stuff.... I thought it was cute, sometimes they would wake up and be like "i was jumping huh.?" ha.. anyways, what cause them to do that.?Health Question & Answer

I'm a female, and that happens to me as well.. When I know
there are people awake in my surroundings, possibly watching me, i jump like that.. I think part of me just wants to stay awake..Health Question & Answer

body ticks as their sleeping.. I don't mean an actual flea tick type of thing, I'm referring to movements known as ticks.. It's common in males than it is in females.. I think it's their body's way of releasing tension but can only be done when their in a deep sleep..Health Question & Answer

lucid dreaming, it happens when a person actively knows they're dreaming and is able to perfpre certain actions while they're sleep.. thats probably why when they woke up they knew they were moving around..Health Question & Answer
