Question: How can I boost my partners sex drive.?
My partner has had 2 heart attacks and is on medication which affects his sex drive.. I have asked him to go to the doc`s but you know what blokes are like when it comes to these things.. (He won`t go says it is too embarrasing).. I still have a high sex drive and it is driving me crazy.. We are both in our 40`s and I feel we are too young to be just holding hands.. You and your partner need to sit down and talk about this.. It is better to know you have erection problems because of having a heart attack than to just not be able to get it up right.? If he is having problems from having a heart attack then no undies or toys will do anything, you need to let it known your needs and tell him you're not happy, tell him to be a man and go with you to the doctor, or he could go alone but do it in a tactful way.. I think that sometimes, when you're on a medication that negatively affects your sex drive, you can get prescribed Buproprion (An anti-depressant) that helps your sex drive.. =]
But that might only be if you're suffering sexual side-effects from other anti-depressants..
Other than that, I don't really know what to say..

another part of it could be physical - at that age its not uncommon for males to start having swelling of the prostrate -
a common sign of this is more frequent urination (more frequent than in the past - its all relative) - some discomfort, and difficulty in attaining or maintaining an erection -
the right thing to do is for him to go to his urologist - but a common herbal treatment for this is "saw palmetto" - you can go on line and order it - it comes in capsule form and 2 per day should help - it will take several weeks
