Running will no doubt help you get a six pack, but that is not the only thing to focus on.. running mainly works the lower abs and burns the extra fat off your stomach.. In order for a six pack to really show, you need your body fat % to be 11% or lower.. Try running a mile a day, i do that much myself.. But if you are doing it on an empty stomach, just make sure that you have a good meal right afterwards.. otherwise your body will burn your muscle instead of fat.. You also must work your upper abs, which is pretty easy.. i recommend just simple crunches, body crunches, and something called the "bicycle crunch"Health Question & Answer

To get ripped abs you have to use a combonation of diet, cardio and ab workouts.. You should do ab workouts before you do your cardio as this will mobalise the fat around the abs, then you can burn it during the cardio..

Try this ab workout .blogspot..com/2008/06/ripped-abs-in-no-time..html" rel="nofollow">http://getrippedhealth..blogspot..com/2008......
And this cardio/HIIT .blogspot..com/2008/06/mix-it-up-with-hiit..html" rel="nofollow">http://getrippedhealth..blogspot..com/2008......Health Question & Answer

Wouldn't that depend on what state you're in right now.?
