Question: Do you ever get the feeling to give in and go back to junk food during your days off from working out.?
I have been working out in a while and i am taking an few days off from working out..

During my days off, for some reason, I kept getting the feeling to give in and go back to that unhealthy food, which I do not want because I want to stay in shape and i feel great about myself too..

Is it normal to feel this way during taking a day off from workout.? Just wondering ThanksHealth Question & Answer

yes, it's normal.. and you don't have to deny yourself, either.. I learned a long time ago that it's OK to every once in a while eat a little forbidden food--not a lot of it, and not on a regular basis, but it's OK.. So, figure out just what it is you want, and have a little of it.. Enjoy it.. And then go back to being a good boy..Health Question & Answer
