im 17 almost 18 and i have very thin hairs around my chin, is it true that if i shave them they will grow thicker and faster, or is there anything else i can do.?Health Question & Answer

genetics and age only help in facial hair growth..
At your age not likely to do anything.. It really depends on your genetics (majority of causasians can't grow much facial hair until the early/mid20s, african americans & east indian have no trouble and south east asians suffer from lack of complete hair at times)..
Frequency Shaving does nothing!!!

Frequent shave helps you to grow your beard faster and thicker..But still genetics has a role to play here..Gentically if u feel u will have thicker beard and faster growth,then try shaving very frequently....Good luck::)....Health Question & Answer
