I sorta want my penis not to be uncut but when I pull it hurts I don't want to damage myself.. Is it supposed to hurt or what and it seems to be attached to another skin inside weird.?Health Question & Answer

That is exactly normal.. It will hurt till it is accustomed to being pulled back.. Put some gel on it (KY for example) and gently pull it backwards and forwards and it will soon be fine..
It is supposed to be connected underneath to your penis..

Yes, an uncut penis is very normal, in fact, 80% of the world wields one, myself included.. The foreskin is supposed to be attached to the underside of the glans, attached by what is called the frenulum, and it's one of the more sensitive parts of the penis.. also, if you've not moved your foreskin much, it will be a little tight, and can hurt some, I know mine was when I first was learning how to retract it.. With time and consistency in stretching your foreskin and just playing with it in general, you should be able to move it freely in no time.. Don't worry about being different, you've got to have pride in your body, it's the best thing you can do.. I'm very proud to be uncut, and because of that, I have more confidence, and confidence goes a long way.. yeah man...... Don't worry about it, I was thinking the same thing when I was younger because I'm also uncircumcised.. I kinda wanted to be like the "majority" of guys who are circumcised...... but I'm not, the ladies couldn't care less...... but I know exactly what you mean, the same thing happened to me.. In time it will just work itself out......
but just keep it clean and pull it back when you go pee......
