If you got shocked with 24,000 volts, you would be dead.. No question.. I guess the only negative side effect is death, beacuse even 300 volts could kill an adult..

By the way you f*cktard, those people survive because of something they had on their clothes, like on their shoe, to act as a lightning rod to reduce the shock.. More people die than they survive..
