What are these white bumps on my penis??!

They are normal white bumps on your penis (sorry if that sounds flippant).. When you enter puberty and adulthood, your skin becomes leaner and loses its "baby fat".. I am also 15, and before pubic hair grew in on my shaft I had the exact same thing.. They could be "buds" where hair is going to grow in.. That's what it turned out to be with me..

And even if this is not the case, it is quite normal for their to be bumps and things like that on your penis.. Don't worry about it..

Don't worry about it.. This is not an STD and it is certainly not cancer.. This is normal for a lot of men and if you meet a girl you really like don't be afraid to have sex.. Just a normal part of the skin in that region, if they're largely in the skin.. On top of the skin, as in little lumps, can be normal but, I believe rare..
