Question: I just worked out, how come the next day my muscles arent sore.?
the first day i worked out my muscles were sore and stiff, now its like my 4th day and my muscles werent as sore as before.. how come.?Health Question & Answer

It could be because youre not going hard enough.. It's happened to me before too and the next day I worked out, I reallllly pushed myself till i hurt..Health Question & Answer

A body builder I know once told me not to worry..It can take years of working out before you work out hard enough to get sore..Health Question & Answer
