I am loaded with muscle on my arms but i am having trouble with my stomach and I go to the gym 2 days for workout/ treadmill and one day for full court basketball i also eat healthy at home i only shop groceries from whole foods and trader joesHealth Question & Answer

Ahhh...... I'd bet you already have a 6-pack! Most people on the football team at my school are like this.. You probly have a thin layer of fat over your abs which kina hides them.. The only thing you can do is get that fat of your belly! I know I'm uber skinny but try joining swim team.. It's harder than you think and you'll get a pretty good work out..
