Don't get hung up over it as that may only make matters worse.. Your stress level and other psychological factors greatly affect your sexual ability.. Don't sit down on the sofa at 3 pm everyday and tell yourself that it is time to wack off.. Do it when you are horny.. It may be that you will go for a few days or longer without getting turned on by something and that has to be ok with you.. To make it a big deal and think there is something wrong with you can only lead to greater problems..Health Question & Answer

I go with Terry,

In truth it isn't a problem that any doctor would look at until you are 18+.. Most "problems of teens get fixed by nature by then.. Plus, nothing an MD can do now for that kind of a problem cannot be done in 2 or 3 years time.. But by then its usually fixed itself..

"Longer and longer".... "low testosterone" First is a symptom you are doing it too much.. Leave alone for a week, a moth.. pivcka good slow time.. Have a beer before, if you are old enough where you live.. Dream of your favourite female.. Get a magazine if that is s problem.. Then jack-off s-l-o-w-l-y, to your own rhythm.. Fast as you want, slow as you want.. That builds up the quantity ready to blow.. Then, maybne, if you can, stop.. Go for a coffee,.. Read the newspaper.. Think about the best sexual things you have ever seen or remember.. Dream of Hermionne.. Most times you will have gone to sleep.. That is good..

Dream more, find more, planets, galaxies, why wait now.?Health Question & Answer

Some men just naturally have a low sex drive, not that there is anything wrong with that, but maybe you should check your sexuality, you may have feelings your hiding to protect yourself.. Don't be ashamed of who you really are.. If you've done this and you still feel as though there is a problem, then you should consult your family Dr.. to put to rest any worries you may have.. It could be a sign of low testosterone, but is more likely to be a symptom of mild depression..

Think about it, and if you think it might be depression -- then seek treatment, you will feel much better (and so will your peter) if you do..

Kind thoughts,

Once a day is fine.. You are experiencing your body.. Those who say they do it 6 or 7 times is a lie..
Try to be active in sports; go for a walk; use your computer at night.. The main thing is, you have to keep your mind busy and not on how often you shoud masturbate.. Try getting a hobby.. Trust me, I use to be in the seminary study8ing for the priesthood.. Good luck..Health Question & Answer

You answered your own question.. You've gotten use to it, too used to it.. You do it too much and now you've desensitized yourself.. Just lay off a little bit maybe for a few days and see what happens..Health Question & Answer
