Question: Bulk Me UP! [Help].?
I'm skinny and need to bulk up a little.. I eat a lot of meat.. And I have a fast metabolism.. You can see my ribs a little, and I've been that way forever I'm 15.. I don't want to get fat or anywhere near that, but is there a way I can get at least a little bigger so that I don't have those ribs showing.? I dont wanna go to gyms, if there any thing I can do at home to get more buff in my chest/arms and get a more toned 4 pack..

Nothing is as easy as doing some situps/pushups in your room....doesnt take much room and if you stick with it, it can help you out.. Muscle can provide bulk....muscle is actually heavier than fat..

to build visible muscle, you should do more weight, and less reps.. if you run, try to run at a good speed.. thats why long distance runners are thin and sprinters are more built.. you have to really work ur muscles to the limit, and theyll be forced to grow.. eat plenty of carbs and protien.. they sell whey protien in powder form to add to milk and to be honest it tastes really good! i recommend chocolate :-) but you gotta really mix it.. i put it in one of those drink tumblers.. that works really well.. alternate days according to muscle.. for example, maybe work your arms one day, than ur chest the next, then ur back and abs the next, and start over again.. this will make u get muscle FASTER, because ur muscles grow twice as fast if you give em a day or two to rest.. and try not to skip days.. if you rest for a week, ull lose 2 weeks worth of muscle.. i know, it really sucks.. well, hope youachieve ur goal! peaceHealth Question & Answer
