Isometrics is an exercise that involves using 'imaginary' weights.. Take a bicep curl for example.. Pretend you are holding a weight, and tense the bicep muscle up as you pull the 'imaginary' weight.. You will be surprised just how effective this can be.. This 'tensing' up of muscles can be used on all muscle groups..Health Question & Answer

find something in your house that you can pick up and stick your arms out and hold them there.. Then you treat them as weights too that helps a lot.. Before my brother would do that and now when he wears some muscle tee's he look much better than before.. also you must work out the 6 pack.. Do crunches and sit ups and put your arms in the air lift you legs and back in the air and stay their as long as you can..Health Question & Answer

pushups won't do it either...... Get you a couple of Jugs and tie a rope to it and start using them as your dumbells...... Just remember when ever you are trying to build arm muscles remember to do full extensions......Health Question & Answer
