i had mine just last week...... and at first i thought it was embarassing because the nurses know that you would have to jack off to get the specimen (semen).. so the first time i went there, they sent me to a "collection room" with a couch, a TV, DVD where you can watch porn (seriously)...... you will be alone ofcourse when you collect your secimen but i had a hard time obtaining erection because I was so conscious that people outside might hear me moaning and screaming...... haha .... the second time...... i was more comfortable and i did it just as i would do normally when i masturbate.. i am so happy when i got back the results because everything is normal.. a piece of advice...... try not to spill anything from yur specimen to get accurate results but other than that...... there's no reason for you to be scared.. for me that was an embarassing but WONDERFUL experience.. good luck to you dude.. hope this one helped.. =)Health Question & Answer

I would assume they give you a private room to let you do your thing (at least they do for urine testing).. If not, and it bothers you, let them know.. I would think they should be able to work something out..
