If you watch it like, every day, then just cut back slowly.. Next week only watch for 6 days, for like 2 weeks, then 5 days, for 2 weeks, then 4 days, for two weeks, then 3 days, for two weeks and so on and so forth..

There is nothing wrong with pornography and certainly nothing wrong with masturbation, which is good for you and helps prevent prostate cancer along with helping prevent Prostatis and other diseases.. Masturbation is one of the best things you can do for yourself and others, in fact..
You should not want to stop, you should be happy with yourself, and happy with what you do and enjoy.. Dump the guilt and the false teachings that you have received and live, that is the best thing you can do for yourself and for everyone else..
