yeah, that's normal, but not normal enough to talk about it openly in public places like that........ if you don't like that he takes a peek sometimes, just joke around & keep it light, like, 'that was a pretty long look you had the other day' when you're somewhere private.. Be loyal to your friend.. don't embarrass him in front of others, but don't be shy about setting limits........ if that's a limit for you..

They might be gay, or maybe they are just insecure about how they are developing, and maybe trying to see what other boys his age look like right now.. I mean, more details like on how and where he was checking you out, but I think maybe he is just curious on if he is on the right track for puberty and all.... Well he could be gay....but everyone is curious....they want to see how they stack up against everyone else to see if there size is bigger/smaller if hes gay then just ask him seriously and when you are both alone....im sure hes just making sure hes normal size to everyone else..
