Basically, I had an erection at the movies with my first girlfriend after about 3 months of dating..
That night she texted me about it, and then said something happened to her too, just the "girl" version.. What does that mean and is she just saying that to make me feel better.?

You can't just say, "I am against pre-marital sex", and think it's going to stop you from getting an erection! While what goes on in your mind certainly has alot to do with whether you get excited or not, there are many other factors that contribute to it as well, such as physical contact, the way she smells or even the way she looks at you, and all these things (and more) have the same effect on her..
If you are going to abstain from sex until you are married, thats fine, in fact I comend you! However you will be expierencing frequent "arousals" from time to time, and that would hold true even if you were to have sex! It is how the human body works!
