Good question and reasonable for this site.. Generally the area you describe is more sensitive, since it normally is covered by the foreskin or if cut, it is where the foreskin would have covered.. Doesn't mean it is growing.. The area can tear easily and may even crack a bit sometimes from sex or rough masterbation--just use some petroleum jelly to cover any torn spot and it will heal right up..Health Question & Answer
