Im really skinny?!


Question: Im really skinny.?
I'm 5'9, weighing 129 lbs.. Ive been invited to many pool parties but havent gone cuz i was embarrased to take my shirt off

I can't seem to gain weight, ive been eating 4000 calories per day and working out for 3 months.. i never get bigger just stronger..

honestly, your probably just like me.. Super fast metabolism is something you get blessed by.. That means you can eat more pie at thanksgiving dinner while the rest of everybody is sitting on the couch complaining they're full :).. Just keep eating, its good for you.. But make sure the food you eat a lot of is good food, like meat and carbs and stuff, stay away from sugars and oils..

Working out is something you can do but personally I have never felth the need to do it because a six pack is not always necessary to look good..Health Question & Answer

Seriously you aren't that skinny...... a good diet of high protein and exercise will buff you up in no time.... you have all the makings of a handsome young man...... you will eventually form muscle...... so don't count the calories so much as your grams of protein.... go to GNC and talk to one of their specialists.... they can put you on the right track...... and seek the advice of a trainer, he can direct you on what parts to concentrate on, usually they will do this free of charge just for a consultation......Health Question & Answer

You say you've been eating a lot of calories..
Well, if these calories are from junk food, you're not helping yourself at all..
Eat around 5,000 calories a day(ALL healthy food), and excercise everyday..
You will see results..

I'm 5'10" and I'm 108 lbs.. I eat enough and don't work out too much.. I asked my own doctor about it and he said that there was nothing to be worried about, so I'm sure you're fine too.. If you keep up your fitness program you should eventually see results..Health Question & Answer

your doing the right thing by eating and working out.. you probably have a very fast metabolism.. people don't like to hear it but until you get older and your metabolism slows you simply can't gain weight (its your genes)Health Question & Answer
