This is propoxyphene napsylate/acetaminophen, otherwise called Darvon or Darvocet.. It is a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, meaning the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) states the potential for abuse is relatively low but still has potential for addiction..

Its a really high does of acetaminophen(tylenol).. almost a davocet(percocet).. sorry to tell you that.. its basically a really high dose pain pill, if he takes it-he will probably end up getting a sort of high, it will result in him to go and work like crazy..Health Question & Answer
