Anyone know why an active skinny male may have a saggy stomach all of the sudden without gaining weight??!

Question: Anyone know why an active skinny male may have a saggy stomach all of the sudden without gaining weight.?.?
Alright, so for the past couple of months, I've noticed that my stomach seems to have become severely bloated and saggy.. I've always been a skinny guy, I'm only 135 pounds.. I haven't gained any weight with my saggy stomach.. I know it can't be fat because I run regularly and try to stay active, and there is no fat to grab..

also, my stomach will puff out and stay huge during the day, to where it looks like I'm pregnant, and then when I go to bed at night and wake up, it will have shrunk significantly..

The main reason I'm asking what this could be is that this is kind of embarassing because I look like I have some huge beer bellly or something.. Someone even mentioned me putting on weight, but I haven't.. So, I always try to suck in my gut so it looks normal, rather than saggy..

I was wondering if maybe it's my abs muscles that have just become super saggy.. I used to do situps, but haven't done so in the longest time..

I'd definitely appreciate any advice.. Thanks in advanceHealth Question & Answer

It's very possible that you could have a sensitivity to wheat and or dairy.. I'm sensitive to both, and the same thing happens to me when i eat those foods....well at least the extreme stomach bloating part.. Start eliminating dairy and wheat products, and see how you feel, and if the problem persists, then it's obviously not dairy or wheat.. It could be another food allergy, or some kind of gastro-intestinal problem.. If you find that it might be lactose intolerance, there are pills that you can buy from most drug stores or grocery stores called "Lactaid" that give your body the enzyme that your body might be lacking to break down the dairy.. This will eliminate the discomfort associated with lactose intolerance..
good luck!Health Question & Answer
