Well, in my case, I'm right handed and also use the right hand for masturbating.. So, I'm not sure exactly where you heard that, but I don't agree with that.. It really depends on what's most comfortable, and if anything, I think people would use their dominant hand.. If someone is right handed, lets say, they would use their right hand for most things, including masturbation..
