I would be more worried about the heroin !!! The odd can of beer or glass of wine is ok , but if you are binge drinking high quantities of alcohol this is seriously damaging your liver for a start
You need to ask your doctor for help and there are people out there who will work with you on substance abuse

The liver damage can end up killing you and so can alcohol poisoning if you are not careful.. If you cannot get back on meds you can try alternatives like herbs.. Gotu Kola is an herb that enhances your mood, for example.. Find some caring friends that you can talk to when you are down- it will help just to vent things when you need to..
