Trying to gain weight, help!?!

Question: Trying to gain weight, help!.?
Ahhhhhhhh, I have the fastest metabolism in the world! I have increased my calorie intake to around 4-6K a day, it helped me gain a quick 5 lbs but now I am plained out at 155.. I am 27 yrs old and workout everyday.. I have gained decent mass but not wieght........I don't want to look like a skinny little geek anymore!! I have been working out for about a month now, I have been stuck at 155 lbs for about a week.. Shall I just continue on my path and I'll gain more eventually.? Or should I add an extra weight gainer shake as soon as I wake up.? Ugh, that will be hard, I can't imagine taking in anymore calories, LOL.. My only concern if I was able to add the extra 800 calories from that shake would I then plain out at like 158ish.?........and it would be pointless, or do you think it might be enough to get continous gains.. My goal is 170 lbs..Health Question & Answer

Ok relax.. If you gained five pounds in a month that's normal for noobie gains.. That means your on the right track.. You cannot really measure your self accurately to a pound any way.. I doubt you are at a plateau after 1 month.. See what happens in a week and stay with the same plan.. It should still work.. Remeber not to over train or do too much cardio..Health Question & Answer
