There is a muscle called the pubococcygeus that helps empty the urethra when you're done peeing (among other things).. In some guys it's underdeveloped, but some guys use it almost by reflex.. Sometimes it might partially contract mid-stream, but usually is stays quiet until you're done..Health Question & Answer

I think it is just caused by a sensation of your internal organs adjusting to the bladder taking up less room and other things having more room to themselves again.. Sometimes I also notice that I get just a little horny from the feeling of the pee going through my penis.. An orgasm has some of it's pleasure derived from the sperm travelling through the penis, so why should pee not have some of the same sensation.?Health Question & Answer
