I lost a testicle when i was 14 due to infection, i was just wandering how having one testicle may have affected anybody else in the same boat.?

One testicle should function normally, and there shouldn't be any problem in sexual performance or your ability to father children..
If they didn't give you a prosthetic testicle, you may want to consider one for cosmetic reasons---it's simple, they just put a plastic one in the scrotum..
I don't think that it would affect our sex drive---every guy also would like to have more ejaculate, but most of the ejaculate produced is not sperm (they're very tiny, and make up only a small portion of the volume) most of it is semen, produced by the prostate and other glands..Health Question & Answer
