Question: Is there any other way to check for a hernia.?
I had a physical today and the last thing they did was check for hernia.. No big deal right.? I never had been checked even the doctor has been suprised that at age 15 I never had one done.. So she tries and it felt weird as hell and even hurt but after several tries it couldnt be done.. So now I might not be able to do sports at school or join the Naval Sea Cadets..

you do what you have to do, fear or not..
if you 'fear' this, how will you manage the bigger, stronger, faster competition you will face as all do in sports........there are hurdles all through life........
