Question: I want to get bigger and feel that soreness in my muscles that hurts so good!.?
this sucks i run and work out every day, alternating chest and back, biceps and shoulders then legs.. but nothing really gets sore anymore and i kill myself.. it sucks! i also take protein but i just dont see results! any tips on good workouts especially chest!Health Question & Answer

the reason y u dont feel sore ur body adapted to the rountine change it up chest push up 3 times to failure warm up basically follow by dumbell incline presses dumbell bench presses dumbell flys if u went heavy go a little lighter or vis versa stick to the 6 to 12 reps.. the soreness is good just make sure u recoperate before u start another training session if u have a training partner go for force repswhen ur body gets use to this workout superset example bench presses followed by incline presses no rest in between have any question email me at yesie_713@hotmail..com NO PAIN NO GAIN REMAIN THE SAMEHealth Question & Answer

thts what supposed to happen after you've been doing it awhile, because your muscles have gotten stronger and are used to your excersize routine, dont worry you'll still getting stronger.. i bet if you rested for an entire week or two and work out again you would get soreHealth Question & Answer
