Any significant change in your testicle size (beyond puberty!) warrants a little trip to your GP.. Not meaning to scare you, I had a friend whose boyfriend had one testicle swell up significantly.. It was nothing serious, but he did have to have it reduced - like depressurised or something..

Assuming that you are an adult and have received all of your growth, It is definitely time to go to the doctor.. It could be something going on with your endocrine system or worse.. Cancer does not always require lumps, not all infections can be treated with the same anti biotic etc......
