My thing is 4inches i just turned 13 is that normal or small?!

Very normal I was about that maybe even less when I was 13 haha.. I just turned 15 and I am at about 5..75 to 6 inches which is really the very average white male size.. Anything over 5..5 and your pretty average.. But no man your on the right track but the time your 14 you will probably be 5..5 or bigger I hit 5..5 when I was about 14 1/2 I am about 15 and 1 week..
