I'm 13 too.. the fastest way 2 get a six pack is 2 do about 100 sit-ups.. also do some cardio because even if ur abs get stronger you wont get a six pack if you don't loose fat.. Sit-ups and other abdominal exercises will only add muscle mass, but without burning off belly fat, they might not be very defined.. also do it every other day in the morning and in the night.. also u cant build muscle if you dont have protein so make sure u get enough protein.. an easy way 2 get protein is by a protain shake.. also drink alot of water and stay away from junk food and try to limit or cut out any excess fat products.. if you do this i guarantee you'll get the results u want.. i can guarantee this because it has worked 4 me and my abs are phenomenal

dude I've been doing it for like 3 weeks.. Work out thats the only way your going to get it.. I do push-ups, sit-ups, and I lift weights.. It really has helped me I don't have a six pack yet but I can see it coming my abs looks way different.. Try sit ups and push ups for like a month.. Do as many as you canHealth Question & Answer
