I am working on an 6 pack abs and I understand that I must work my upper, lower, and both of the sides of my abs..

Crunches for your upper abs, leg lifts or supermans for your lower.. I haven't a clue for your obliques..

For crunches, lie on your back and press the small of your back into the ground.. this should tighten up your abs just a little.. Contract your abs until your shoulder blades are off the ground.. Slowly go back down and repeat about 50 times..

For leg lifts, lie on your back.. Grip your buttocks with your hands and riase your legs until they are at a 90 degree angle to your body.. Slowly lower them until they are almost touching the ground, then slowly raise.. Repeat until you can't anymore, and remember to breathe..Health Question & Answer
