Well, you are 6'1" so you should say that is your height.. No doctor knows how tall you will be, pure genetics and your size at your age doesn't really tell how tall you will be..
As to worrying about being too tall--- don't.. Not anything you can do about being a big guy, just normal for you.. So don't sweat that you might be considered too tall..
