Question: How long a day should i work out.?
In time i would like a body like John Cena.. But im quite chubby and worried tht if i workout i will end up looking like The Big Show or somethin..
How long should i work out what should i concentrate on cardio or weights.?

When you work out make sure you do a different part of your body each day.. you only need to work out 3-5 day's a week..

Shoulders/arms could be what you work on one day.. The next day you work on a different part like legs/thighs.. Then the next day you do stomach/back.. And keep rotating..

When you do this the parts you did the day before can recuperate..

If you work on all your body parts in one day it's like you did nothing, that's what people do wrong..

About your diet.. No particular food that you eat will do everything for you, that's why you need varieties of food..

Example: Say you had eggs one day.. It's good for your brain but not the heart.. Eat a tomato and that's good for your heart.. It's all about balance..

What's important is for you to have fruit's and vegetables in your diet and meat.. Like the food triangle, you need to put different things in your diet not just carrot's the whole day, that's not a proper diet plan..

Now the time you eat is crucial.. Never eat after 7 o clock or at night because what are you possibly doing at that time.? Most likely you are at home.. When you eat at night and then go to bed you are not taking out all the energy what food is giving you so that energy turns to fat.. When you eat and are active you are burning the energy that food gives you so your not gaining any weight but are still getting a good nutrition for your hair, skin, liver etc....

Never have soda or any of that.. Water keeps you hidrated and has no calories in it and it keeps you face clear of pimples etc..

Hi mate.. A program will reall yonly last for about 8 weeks.... then you ned ot mix it up again.. this is because your body get's used to the routine and growth stagnates..

Every 8 weeks or so, I take two weeks off a heavy weights program and just do cardio work...... this seems to help prevent injury.. for me.. Seems everyone is different.... what works for one, deosnt always work for others........ so you need to respond to your body when developing a program..

Hi there......you only need train 3 times per week for weights and try to do cardio 2-3 times a week as well..Give yourself rest days and group the exercises,eg......do chest and triceps on the same day..
You wont look like cena without taking steroids i'm afraid..
