Dude wash your unit everyday in the shower with soap that is what i used just lighly pull back on the skin and with a little soap gently rub it around and rinse it off real good.. It will loose its sensitvity or you will get used to it as time goes on it has been protected for years and now your touching a part that has been coverd for 15 years it does feel akward and weird but it is just the nerves and senses that are reacting to your touch not harmful just feels funny..

You don't need to be uncircumcised to know that by the age of 15 your should be able to fully retract your foreskin.. The head(glans) feels strange because it never is completely uncovered..
You must see a doctor......keeping the area underneath your foreskin clean by pulling it back(retracting ) it every day and cleaning with plain water(not soap) is extremely important to get rid of irritating substances.. These can cause infection and lead to other problems..
If your doctor cannot get your foreskin stretched enough to make the above possible you may have to consider other options.. The important thing to realize is that if your foreskin cannot retract when you are erect(have a hard on) then you are going to have pain with intercourse.. The foreskin can develop little tears in the inner foreskin with each episode of intercourse..
There are conservative ways to deal with your problem but first see the doctor......if stretching, antibiotic creams and anti-inflammatory creams are not helpful, have a circumcision..
I have experience life with a foreskin for 26 years, and without thereafter.. I didn't need to be circumcised for medical reasons but I had it done.. The horror stories that you have heard about circumcision are gross exaggerations and I didn't mind having it one little bit.. I must say that I am happy to be circumcised.. So don't fret..........see the doctor and relax..Good luckHealth Question & Answer
