Hi im 16 years old and i have a big problem, im hoping to get as many diffrent answers as possible..

I masterbate alot which i normal at my age, but the last time i did so, my foreskin went to far back and when my penis is normal (not erected), the foreskin is still pulled back, its been like this for a few hours and its starting to cause me pain..

I need an option that dose not involve an operation, im to scared to go through with this and im really embarresed to speak to my dad or a doctor..

Any help would be great

Oh, that can be an issue.. The best thing to do is to try to slide it back to normal position as best you can.. It would definitely be easier to do if you were soft, so try to find something that will make you lose all arousal whatsoever you so you can have enough time to slide the foreskin back over the head.. You may have to resort to some pretty drastic measures if nothing works to get rid of your arousal, so be ready.. You can try lubricating it well, and the idea with the ice may work too, as the cold will reduce blood flow to the area, and may reduce the size long enough to fix it.. Good luck in fixing your problem, and I hope all goes well..Health Question & Answer

you should add lube to it to help it move back, I have heard using ice on the glans can reduce the size and allow it to retract, once you do you should do foreskin stretching exercises to loosen the opening

but you do need to get it back if it's causing you pain,

the condition is called paraphimosis, some suggestions are found on wiki or by searching the webHealth Question & Answer

you just need to gently push it back down.. Overtime you are going to need to stretch ur foreskin so it doesnt do thisHealth Question & Answer

i honestly believe that you should get circumsised..........

but since youre still not, i think you should get a lubricant and push it back to its place...... just so it wont hurt......Health Question & Answer
