Question: What causes no semen in his ejaculate.?
I noticed his semen is either a very small amount or none at all.. I cannot tell if he is faking an orgasm or stopped making semen.. He is 56 yrs old.. What is the cause of no semen production.. Sometimes he ejaculates a large amount, sometimes none at all.. I am wondering if he is faking orgasm because he wants to please me.?Health Question & Answer

It could be that he is faking OR it could just be that he has recently had an orgasm in which case during sex he would produce very little of anything really.. You could try pointing out to him what you have noticed and just ask him.. It is unlikely though that he woul be faking, men are pretty easy to please and if he was having trouble reaching orgams its likely he would have trouble getting an erection i think..Health Question & Answer
A couple of things can cause it.. He may have no semen left from a previous ejaculation.. He may be faking it.. He may also be a little low on zinc.. There is a large concentration of zinc in semen..

As a guy gets older, he doesn't produce as much semen as he used to.. So it's normal that he doesn't.. The longer time he goes between ejaculations the more semen the will be..
