You should at the very least sleep 8 hours a day.. Lack of sleep causes stress and you could get stress related illnesses.. And if you don't sleep at all by 36 hours you will hallucinate..Health Question & Answer
Not sure about the excercising, but I've done about 4 hours for the last decade or so.. Though I fully function for only about 16 if the remainder..
