Hopefully your smart enough to realize that Kyle is full of bull sh!t saying you don't need to worry about condoms since you are only fourteen.... Condoms are to prevent both the spread of STDs and to prevent pregnancy which a fourteen year old is fully capable of impregnating someone....
Really, it depends on what your size is and you might get a better answer if you post that info..
To put it on, you open the package and hold the flattened condom onto the top of you hard penis and then slowly unroll it down to the base.. Make sure that its not lose and that it's not uncomfortably tight.. also, do not use more than one at a time (some people use two at once to make sure it doesn't break), but using two at once can cause friction between the latex and will cause it to break..
You're best of buying several different sizes and trying them out by yourself to see which one fits and get comfortable preforming with them on..
