Question: How many days left.?.?.?
Yes I am 13 and i do push ups every night and i'm thin but my belly is in good shape but i want my arms and legs to be really musclier so i kinda got 2 questions :
How many days until i get really really fit and strong.?
What excercises do i do to make my arms and legs stronger.?

Answers:
probably about 365 days and you will have made good gains but you'll usually start noticing gains in about 8 weeks they just won't be big gains.. for legs squats are the best exercise.. arms you need to do dumbell curls and tricep extensions.. lift heavy, 5-7 reps per set.. do about 3 sets per excercise once a week, have to give yourself a lot of time to allow your muscles to recover.. limit cardio so you can gain weight.. eat 8 small to mid size meals a day spaced out every 3 hours.. get about 20% of calories from fat, 25% calories from protien, and 55% calories from carbs.. don't eat junk food.. eat healthy lots of fruits and veggies.. eat 500 calories more a day than what you need to eat to maintain your weight so that you will gain about 1 lb a week.. IMPORTANT: you really need to consult your doctor first though before lifting to make sure it is ok because at some age it may stunt growth..Health Question & Answer
