It is not the lubes making you insensitive but all the scar tissue..On the places where are scars you lost your feeling..
You do need to use some Vaseline to stop your skin from splitting all the time..And scar tissue is really dry:so keep Vaseline on the head of your penis all day long..

It's quite strange your penis skin splits during sex though you've no foreskin.. Probably it could be a allergic state or a rash due to some infection.. We don't know if you're having sex with the same partner or if you're using some substance or condom.. What kind of lube are u using.?
