Question: How much is a regular growth spurt.?
Im going to become 14 pretty soon like in about 3 weeks and im only 5 ft tall.. When I get my growth spurt, about how much will my height increase by.? And when might I get my spurt.?Health Question & Answer

the only way how you know how tall you will be is to use your parents as a rough guide......is your dad tall and your mother tall.? then you will be tall....etc
I was about 5'4 when i was your age but then i grew to about 5'7 in 6 weeks and now im just over 5'9 and still growing......

it impossible to tell everyone is different theres no average for this but me i grew from 5 foot to 5 foot 10 inches in like 2 years so yours might be the same but it depends if youve started puberty if you have it should be within a year how much your going to grow beats meHealth Question & Answer

I dont grow even any inch for the last 2 year.... and It's bother me
