Question: Help as I lose weight, Im also losing upper body strenghth.?
I've lost 17 pounds.. before I lost the weight I could do 15-20 push ups in 2 minutes.. now I can only do about 3-4

You should be able to do more since you are loosing weight but maybe you should do more intense strenght training exercise and on a regular basis should do the trick.. Good luck and hope this helps..Health Question & Answer
