You do realise that 20 inches is getting on for 2 feet, and the average 13 year old male is probably about 5 feet, so your penis is about a 3rd of your height, so really are you telling us that your penis is about a 3rd of your height.? also the longest penis ever is about 14 inches.. so do you realise that you can't possibly be right and you may have been using centimetres instead of inches (even then it would still be about 8 inches which quite unlikely for a 13 year old).. Yes, it's totally normal.. I also had it that long at 13 and it didn't stop growing until I reached my twentieth birthday.. It can be difficult sometimes, especially when I have to use the urinal in public because then, everybody asks me about my huge shlong..Health Question & Answer
