Upper part of lower abdominals/abs?!


Question: Upper part of lower abdominals/abs.?
Imagine an 8 pack, i have the top 2 rows of the eight pack, and the bottom row of the 8 pack, i just can't get the upper row of the lower 2 rows of my abs..

I've tried six inches, reverse crunches, and v-ups,and basically every other leg motion lower ab exercise, but it only works out my very bottom row..

Is there any lower ab exercise that works out the upper part of the lower abs a lot.? Bicycles are the only exercise i can think of!!!!!

Ok pay attention.. Lie on your side with your forearm flat on the floor.. Lift yourself up using your feet and your arm as support.. So in other words the only parts of your body that should be on the floor are your feet and that one arm.. Now, begin to turn your body as if you were going to lay on your stomach but keep you body straight and make sure only your arm and feet are touching the floor.. Doing this a couple of times daily will give you results right in the middle where your missing that row.. Good luck and hope this helps!Health Question & Answer
