Well i would say thats a myth........most men masterbate....so thats a loss of sperm not actual sex........some men ejaculate during oral sex......and thats not really sex......and some men jus have "wet dreams" still......and im sure men produce enough sperm for it to come out regularly......im not a man this is just my theory....hope it helps dollHealth Question & Answer
