Do penis exercises really work?!

Question: Do penis exercises really work.?
do they really work.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Work.? To accomplish......what.?

What, do you have a video you watch every morning, and stand in front of your TV and practice.? Or do you have a personal trainer who showed you how to use the equipment safely, guides you through the circuit, and organizes a plan for you, complete with weights and # of reps.?

Sorry if this sounds sarcastic, but I've seen so many inane questions tonite about penises & penis length I think I've finally gone over the edge! Forgive me..

Bottom line - excercise is something for muscles.. A penis is not a muscle.. Therefore the term "penis excercises" doesn't make any sense!

Now, there are some muscles associated with the penis - perhaps you are referring to ring-type muscles that surround the periphery of the organ, and contract during ejaculation.. I'm putting 2+2 together here and assuming these so-called exercises claim to strengthen these muscles to enhance your pleasure.. Is that correct.?

If that's what they claim, I'm skeptical.. The reason is these muscles are called involuntary muscles.. We do not have conscious, deliberate control over these muscles.. The same is true of the muscles that surround our intestines, which squeeze to move food through the digestive tract.. We do not consciously squeeze them; they squeeze by themselves when their use is necessary..

Exercise is used to build strength in voluntary muscles.. These are muscles over which we have deliberate control.. The muscles in our arms & legs are voluntary muscles, and challenging these muscles via exercise over time can make them stronger..

Involuntary muscles are not designed to be strong; but simply useful when the time is right.. For this reason, these "penis exercises" sound like a gimmick.. If you haven't done them yet are are just curious, I would advise not wasting your time and money..Health Question & Answer

With the number of men that are insecure about the size of their penis, if any method worked, herbs, exercises, machines, whatever, it would be common knowledge..
Most men insecure about their penis size are average or above.. The average is from just above 5 to just less than 6 inches in length..
You cannot escape the power of genetics, you will get what you get and there's nothing you can do about it..
Using the penis, masturbating and sexual activity can help build a strong healthy penis..Health Question & Answer

According to some of the feedback I've gotten, jelqing works, but if done incorrectly can damage your penis..

Let me repeat this, any PE exercise can damage your penis..

PC or Keugal exercises for men, which are different from enhancement exercises, can help you last longer..

Since average penis size is 5..5 to 6..5 and the G Spot on most women is not that far inside the vagina, if you and your partner are not overweight, and you know what you are doing, you should be okay..

Penis enlargement pills do work, but not the way you think.. Some relax your blood vessels, like viagra.. Some introduce NO into your bloodstream, widening your blood vessels..

Since more blood is circulating, you get the appearance of being harder and longer.. But if you stop taking the pill, the effects go away..Health Question & Answer

Penis exercises are dangerous, and the stretching of the penis, especially when it is flaccid puts the dorsal nerve bundles at risk because these bundles get stretched, right back to the spinal cord entrance..

In can cause random breakage of the nerve strands at random spots inside the bundle, and because of that, there is no way for repair..

You may last longer, because you will never be able to feel enough of the right sensation to ever reach orgasm........Not my idea of a good time!!!.?.?

An exercise routine of this type is always sent with the scam penis enlargement pills!! Just use the brain for a second!!
Do you really think that there is a bigger penis pill.?.?.?

If you do, don't you realize that a company like Pfizer....(as Viagra company) would buy this up, make it prescriptional and make a fortune off from it.?

The idea of the exercises is to stretch the ligament at the base of the penis and cause more of the internal penis to come foreword.. If you manage to do that, you are really in danger of damaging the dorsal nerve bundles, and have probably already started damage......Stop now and spare what you still have..

They want to sell you a prodcut and don't give a rip about yur Dick and yur pleasure being damaged........You can't sue, because yur the one that did the pulling that caused the damage.. No doubt they laugh about it, or get some kind of a sick turn-on over the idea of you out there damaging yurself and not knowing it..

That's the goods man....sorry!
Me! :- IHealth Question & Answer

No.. There are products out there that helps with the size of your penis.. A product called Extends (it's spelled differently) and just about every night after 1:00 am I see this infomercial all about this product, but exercise for your penis, sorry, but no..Health Question & Answer

You mean like those vacuum machines advertised.? They work for the seller, because it makes them money.. Just like you can't make your feet grow bigger, or make your ears grow bigger, you can not make your penis larger.. There is no work out gym for the penis.. You will just have to accept what you got..Health Question & Answer

I heard that moving your penis to your torso makes your penis stronger and could make you last longer but I really do not know.. I did that and I guess it is strong and I lasted 30 minutes on my first time.. So i dont know.. Do an experiment, do that for a year and see if you get good results..Health Question & Answer

Absolutely not.. The penis is not a muscle, but rather made of sponge like material.. Penile exercises can do more harm than good by placing undue stress on the shaft.. Sexuality won't be as exciting with a bent up penis..Health Question & Answer
