Sperm are made in the testicles and travel to one end of the testicle to be stored temporarily in a structure called the epididymus.. Meanwhile, not far away is an organ called the prostate which secretes a creamy-white thick liquid = prostatic secretions.. When your prostate matures, at the time of sexual excitement and ejaculation, the sperm from the epididymus shoots forward and mixes with prostatic secretion to form the semen which comes out of the penis..
