Average is 6", and at only 13 7" is a little big, but each person grows up and goes through puberty at different times and rates, and 7" isn't bad, a little bigger than average but that still is good, and your just young yo have that size, but like i said each person goes through puberty at different times and rates so dont worry about it..

im sorry, but at age thirteen it is almost impossible to be 7', your only in the first stage of puberty it has yet to start growing, but im pretty sure you got about 7' worth of hair down there if you put them all together :DHealth Question & Answer
