Stomach trouble, please help!?!


Question: Stomach trouble, please help!.?
I ate zepoles like crazy at a feast last week, i got sick for a day an dhad severe cramps.. ever since then i've had a very sensitive stomach.. Will this ever go away, i get cramps a lot, even after i take a crap it doesnt go away.. and sometimes when i eat it still hurts.. what should i do.? should i try to eat bland, or eat in moderation, or eat slowly, or what.?

Please help me i'm scared
